The home ground of the Yarra Valley Polo Club is at the historical property "Flowerfield,” home of the Lithgow family for over 150 years and located in the Yarra Valley, one hours drive from Melbourne.

The club was formed in 1952 at ‘Flowerfield’ offering country polo with unirrigated fields and a true sense of community.
For nearly 50 years, polo was played at Flowerfield attracting large crowds with tournaments such as the prestigious ‘Gold Cup’ and international matches including Prince Phillip’s 1967 tour.  A recent revival of polo in the Yarra Valley sees Flowerfield once again share its charms with visitors.
